How long does it take to receive my ring?
2-4 weeks for Elements, 4-6 weeks for Bridal, 6-10 weeks for Bespoke. Each ring is handcrafted after your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. See shipping details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I order an Elements ring in 18k gold?
Yes. Available in Sterling Silver 925 (in stock) and 18k Solid Yellow Gold (made to order). Message us via WhatsApp for the gold quote.

What if my ring doesn't fit?
First resize within 60 days is free. See our Ring Size Guide.

MATERIALS

Are the stones real?
Our stones are high-quality cubic zirconia, hand-cut. They visually rival diamonds and other precious stones. For natural diamonds, sapphires, rubies or emeralds, commission a Bespoke piece.

Are pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes. Sterling Silver 925 and 18k gold are nickel-free, suitable for sensitive skin.

Can I customize an Elements ring with a different stone?
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp for options and pricing.

ENGAGEMENT & WEDDING

Do you make engagement rings?
Yes. Our Bridal Collection launches 21 May 2026. For fully custom engagement rings, contact us about a Bespoke commission.

Can I incorporate my own stone or heirloom piece?
Absolutely. Bespoke commissions can use stones or metal you already own.

CARE

Will my ring tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. Regular cleaning prevents this. 18k gold does not tarnish.

How do I clean my ring?

OTHER

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Sagrada ring arrives in our signature pouch and box. Add a personal note at checkout — we'll handwrite it.

Do you offer split payments?
For higher-value pieces (Bespoke, 18k Bridal), we offer 30% / 40% / 30% across confirmation, production and delivery.
